Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DripScore — Outfit Rater for iOS (Bundle ID: co.dawnapps.dripscore) and related pages on dawnapps.co(collectively, the "Services"), provided by Dawn Apps ("Dawn Apps," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using DripScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DripScore. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. The Services

DripScore allows you to submit photos of outfits and receive automated scores, feedback, suggestions, optional Roast Mode commentary, and premium features such as unlimited ratings, style history, and AI-generated outfit images.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of DripScore at any time. Features available during beta testing, including through TestFlight, may differ from the final App Store release.

3. Accounts

You may use DripScore as a guest without linking an account. To preserve your data, subscription access, or progress across devices, you may link your account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. Notify us at meetayyab@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

DripScore offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions ("DripScore Pro") sold through Apple's App Store.

Free tier

Free users receive a limited number of outfit ratings (currently three lifetime ratings per account/device). Free features may include watermarked share content and restricted access to premium tools.

Paid subscriptions

Premium subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or at Apple Subscriptions.

Any free trial or promotional offer, if available, will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore" option in the app, subject to Apple and RevenueCat verification.

5. User content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Dawn Apps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve DripScore, including generating ratings, feedback, and related outputs.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

6. AI-generated content and disclaimers

DripScore uses automated systems, including third-party AI services, to generate scores, text feedback, suggestions, Roast Mode commentary, and images. This output is generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some cases.

AI-generated content is provided for personal and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional styling, fashion, image consulting, or personal advice. Do not rely on it for decisions that require professional judgment.

Roast Mode is intended as humorous commentary about outfits, not people. Despite safeguards in our systems, you should use your own judgment before sharing generated content publicly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use DripScore for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use, including photos of others without permission where required.
• Submit sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services.
• Circumvent free-tier limits, subscription requirements, or security measures.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

DripScore, including software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding User Content), is owned by Dawn Apps or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Beta and pre-release software

If you access DripScore through TestFlight or another beta program, you understand the app is pre-release software. Beta versions may contain bugs, may change or be discontinued, and are provided "as is." Beta subscriptions may use Apple's sandbox environment and may not reflect final pricing or behavior.

10. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account from Profile in the app. Account deletion removes your stored profile, ratings, and photos from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

We may suspend or terminate your access to DripScore at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DRIPSCORE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAWN APPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DRIPSCORE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Relationship with Apple

If you downloaded DripScore from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Dawn Apps only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for DripScore or its content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for DripScore. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, failure to conform to legal requirements, or consumer protection claims.

In the event of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Dawn Apps — not Apple — is responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, as required by applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

For App Store purchases, Apple's terms also apply. You may review Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement at Apple Standard EULA.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, except where prohibited by mandatory local law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
